SharpAi is an AI-powered sports betting analytics and intelligence platform. We provide data analysis, odds comparison, expected value calculations, arbitrage detection, and AI-generated picks to help inform your betting decisions.

SharpAi is not a sportsbook. We do not accept, place, or facilitate bets. We do not handle any wagering funds. All betting activity occurs on third-party sportsbook platforms at your sole discretion.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

To use SharpAi, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or 21+ where required by your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Be located in a jurisdiction where accessing sports betting information is legal
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

4. Subscription & Billing

SharpAi offers the following paid subscription plans:

• SharpAi Weekly — $20/week
• SharpAi Monthly — $50/month

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period.

Prices are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before your next billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, contact our support team and we will work to resolve the issue or provide credit at our discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit SharpAi content or data
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to develop a competing product
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Circumvent any access restrictions or usage limits

7. Disclaimer — Not Financial Advice

SharpAi does not provide financial, investment, or gambling advice. All information, picks, analysis, and projections are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Sports betting involves risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. No system, model, or strategy can guarantee profits. You may lose money. Only wager what you can afford to lose.

You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions and for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on SharpAi — including but not limited to AI models, algorithms, analysis, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of SharpAi and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SharpAi and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

SharpAi's total liability for any claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to SharpAi in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of California.
